You can permanently delete your Yoo Live account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it, what gets removed, and what we are required to keep.
Last Updated: January 2026The fastest way — no need to contact us:
You may be asked to verify your identity (e.g. re-enter your password or a code sent to your mobile number) to protect your account.
If you cannot access the app, send us a request and we will delete your account for you:
Once your identity is verified, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted within 60 days of verifying ownership or receiving your request, whichever is later. Deletion is irreversible — you will lose your profile, followers, messages and any unused virtual items (coins, gifts and rewards), which have no monetary value and are non-refundable.
